Hey Synergy family!

God has been doing some amazing things this fall — and we couldn’t be more grateful. We’ve had record numbers of students showing up on Wednesday nights. In fact… some weeks we’ve completely run out of chairs! 🙌

Because of that growth, we want to be intentional about two big goals:

1️⃣ Making space for students to invite their friends
2️⃣ Creating more meaningful opportunities for students to connect with each other and our leaders

So — starting January 7, we’re making an exciting shift!

👉 Worship & Teaching in the MGBC Worship Center

We’ll still begin the night in the multi-purpose room (youth room) for games and hangout time — then move together to the Worship Center for announcements, worship, and teaching.

Here’s the new flow for a typical Wednesday:

6:30 PM — Multi-purpose room open for games, connection, and sometimes snacks!
6:50 PM — Icebreaker in the multi-purpose room
7:00 PM — Move to the Worship Center for announcements & worship
7:20 PM — Large-group teaching
7:45 PM — Small-group discussion time
8:10 PM — Dismissal from Worship Center (Groups may continue talking, but students should head out if parents are waiting.)

NOTE: High School Discussion Groups will continue to meet 2x/month AFTER we dismiss!

🚪 Important Traffic & Entry Update

For safety and smooth traffic flow, everyone must enter and exit through the main glass-door entrance by the Worship Center.

While many student drivers are used to parking on the multi-purpose side of the building, we’re asking drivers to park in the main section of the large lot for closer access to these doors. All other entrances will remain locked by our safety team.
