Shirley has been married to Randy Stoltz for 37 years. They are the parents of three grown children and are enjoying two grandchildren. Shirley graduated from Central High School in 1979 and has held various part time accounting positions since that time. She has served as the Martinsburg Grace Brethren Church Treasurer since 1986 and was appointed Church Administrator in January 2009.
