Everyone has needs beyond the spiritual. The Apostle Paul said that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and so we should honor Him with our body. The fitness classes provide an excellent opportunity to do just that; honor God by staying in shape! The classes are open to individuals 16 and older who are looking for a fun way to stay in shape, while making lasting relationships. There are no strings attached; no fees, no membership, no attendance requirement. We just want to help meet your physical needs while also encouraging you spiritually.
The classes meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:00 pm. On Mondays the class is instructed by Brian McCall, and on Thursdays by Jennifer Butler. Our goal is to provide a safe program that focuses on three areas of physical fitness: strength, flexability, and cardiovascular health. Anyone interested in joining is welcome to come and observe.
