Eat breakfast everyday - include a whole grain every day, get a small protein (i.e. yogurt, peanut butter)
You will eat less calories per day when you start with breakfast!
Eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a pauper at dinner.
 
Here's a good recipe to try:
 
Chicken Supreme
6- 30z boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
3 egg whites
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 oz slivered almonds
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Slightly beat egg whites in small bowl; set aside.  Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and almonds (reserve a few for garnish) in shallow dish.  Dip chicken breasts in egg whites, roll in bread crumb mixture and arrange in 9x13 baking dish.  Garnish with a few almond slivers.  Bake 30 minutes.  Serves 6
